Step One
Home Valuation
Book a free home valuation. In this home valuation, I'll help you understand the market factors that may influence the price of your home including market trends, neighbourhood stats, current market conditions, neighbourhood comparables and strategy.
In my home valuation, I'll also share the preparation process, my promotion strategy, and answer any questions so you can make an informed decision that best meets your needs. I will then present you with a customized marketing plan using state-of-the-art technology tools to reach the broadest market, both locally and internationally, for your property so you can secure the best offer.

Step Two
Preparing You Home For Listing
Once we have solidified our plan I will start organizing all the steps needed to get your home on the market. You won't need to lift a finger as I'll ensure it's all taken care of smoothly. These tasks include document preparation, professional measurements, photography, Lockbox installation, Sign installation, MLS and Marketing preparation, and any other custom tasks or contractors required for your listing.
Step Three
Hit The Market
Once all our preparation is in order we will send your listing to the market and ensure all the marketing rolls out simultaneously to give your listing maximum reach. If your property is occupied we will have showing requests set up to be approved by you prior to their acceptance. If your property is vacant we can set you up to be notified about each showing once it's booked without the need for pre-approval. This will keep you informed on the activity on your property as well as making the process seamless for agents and buyers.
I will be in touch with you weekly to provide updates on your listing and agent feedback from each showing.
Step Four
Offers
I'll notify you as soon as I receive an offer to discuss the terms listed, provide advice, and move forward in a manner that you feel comfortable. Once an offer is accepted I will complete all the required documentation along with my conveyancing team, your lawyer and mortgage broker to ensure the process is seamless and as easy as possible for you.
I'm with you every step of the way and my goal is to make it as easy for you as possible while exceeding your expectations.
